Coating of seeds with a pesticide slurry
Plants and seeds are attacked by moulds, bacteriae, viruses and rodents. Crops need protection during storage, germination and growth. Treatment of the seed itself brings benefits and savings on the three stages.

The present application concerns seeds in general (vegetable, maïze, sunflower seeds)with a focus on fragile vegetable seeds : bean seeds being a typical example.

The seeds are treated by coating them with a polymer containing the required pesticide / fongicide for a successful germination period. It increases the resistance both mechanical and biological.

  • Preserves the seed from mould and rodent attacks
