Oiling and salting of nuts
The nuts are lightly sprayed with oil, then salt/falvours while they are transferred and agitated in the Biturbine.

č Up Flow process :
Shell is broken and separated then the nut undergo a cleaning and blanching process. It is fried in oil or roasted in an oven.
